Be specific with numbers. No vague language.

Check every number ChatGPT produces against your source data. AI is great at narrative but can hallucinate figures. Verify the recommended price range against your own instinct and local knowledge. Adjust if the AI missed something — a busy road, recent renovation, or school district boundary.
